Phil Thomson is a qualified Australian Leadership Coach, Trainer and Speaker, certified with the John Maxwell Team. He is passionate about equipping Christian leaders in the local church and the marketplace with practical, Christ-centred leadership training. He has experience in both the business sector and faith community, where he supports Pastors and ministry leaders in growing and developing their leadership teams.

Phil is married to Australian award-winning Christian singer, songwriter and speaker Bel Thomson. Phil & Bel work as a dynamic team and are passionate about encouraging and equipping people to live life to the full. Their ministry takes them across the country to share together in a variety of settings. Bel shares through music ministry, while Phil brings a challenge from God's Word, as well as equipping and training leaders through workshops, seminars and coaching. They regularly share at conferences, schools, camps, outreach events, and Christian Churches of all denominations.
